REVERSE: the Sanskrit text in Sarada characters reads: avyaktameka muhammada avatar nrpati mahamuda (The Invisible is One; Muhammad is the manifestation; Mahmud the king). The circular margin reads: Ayam tankam mahamudapura ghatita ta jikiyera samvati…(this tanka struck at Mahmudpur in the Arabic year …)
