Nasir al-Din Muhammad Humayun was the second ruler of the Mughal Empire and the son of Babur. His reign was marked by political instability, including his defeat by Sher Shah Suri (1540AD) and his later restoration in 1555AD with Persian support. Humayun’s coinage reflects these upheavals, showing influences from Timurid, Persian, and Indian styles
